The leaning tomato seedlings are looking beautiful. Time to rotate their tray.
I planted some parsley and celery seeds in old tomato cans awhile back, and they're growing strong.
The ginger has sprouted!
The potted Vietnamese basil is thriving, as are both sweet potato experiments.
My onions are leggy. I've never grown them from seed, so I'm not sure if they are supposed to look this way or not.
It's so refreshing to see all this green! around the house. Happy Weekend to you!

Everything looks beautiful, Jaime. Our tomato seedlings look much like yours...

I'd forgotten about growing ginger---I grew it in Florida but never actually harvested it to eat. I might have to incorporate that into our garden now that we are in Texas.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder!
I just started my tomatoes today. They should be a nice size by the time I'm ready to plant them mid to late May. I planted red onions last year for the first time, but I started them outside and I don't remember if they were leggy like that. It is so nice to see the green goodness coming around!
ReplyDeleteFeeling inspired by your green thumb! I am impressed. I don't know what I am doing. I stick the seeds in the ground, and sometimes something comes up, and sometimes not.
